The National Sport Compact Racing Association (NSCRA) is proud to give back to the entire sport compact racing community. On Sunday, October 18th, 2009 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, the NSCRA will be hosting a FREE, that's right, FREE, test-n-tune event at Palm Beach International Raceway. But this isn't an ordinary test-n-tune event, the NSCRA is offering cash prizes to racers! Sounds too good to be true? Well believe it.
