need to find out felix, haven't really raced anyone, but a 530hp evo should be able to pull a 575hp cobra....(damn power to weight) i just don't have the stock clutch like i used to. |

you never know...my GT500 dynoed 500-510whp shifting at stock rev limiter(6000rpm/3.31gears) and usually Evos had to make 480whp to be neck and neck with me....50-140, or 60-140...and the GT500 weighs in at 3920 whereas the cobras weigh in at 3650-3800.....I think the longer gears in my car helped me out Evo's ended up shifting more then me and 4th gear went to 140 whereas the Evo has to go into overdrive and the fact that the stock blower is a 2.1 and the motor is a 5.4 helped utilize the long gears...I could roll at 3000rpm's and still shoot out nicely with all the low end torque...I wish I reran people when my stock limiter was raised to 6700....40-120 roll would be one shift 2-3(3rd gear redlined at 120) and 4th gear would go to 157 |
