I'd love to convince the proud new owner of TD's EVO to run Tirso from a Dig. I guess since the 240 is a "street" car it can run on any street...no prep work. Street cars dont prep streets to race...they just race. I'll see if I can do some convincing to get the Red Evo out there from a dig. I am sure it wont be a problem in 1 week or 2. The deal would be that nobody knows where the race is, and I'll pick a good clean spot. Just wanna make sure the entire street doesnt get prepped before the race. We will measure a 1/4 mile and do a simple arm drop. If everyone is down with those rules, I'm cool. It wont be A DIRT ROAD. I wanna make it fair. I'd like to see how the Evo matches up with an insanely fast car. I saw it in person and its wicked.

Diego I can tell that you haven't been racing for a long time. A long while before your time when people used to race from a dig only people used to prep the street. The cars back then ranged from 10 to 13 second cars. (Saga Bay days) If you can't play with the big dogs stay on the porch. This is street racing not class racing at a NHRA sanctioned event. There are no rules. That's like someone telling you to disconnect your front drive shaft to make it fair. lol!

Hey Steve the supra made it home, after checking everything spark wires AEM and some other shit, i finally found the problem, there was no fuel pressure in the fuel lines, one freaking hose disconnected inside the fuel tank from one of the three 255 intank walbros fuel pumps, what a FK SHIT brother, i had to redo the hole thing again and use some new clamps, i was there at the spot for two FK hours but got it fixed and its up and running like new.. Mad

Whats up Manny. Just trying to spice things up around here. We both know the 240 is a much quicker car than the evo. The Evo's only advantage is that Tirso spins a little tire and has to reel in the Evo. If i wanted a "fair" heads up prepped street, we would race at the track and I know the Evo cant hang. The 240 raced the Mustang the other night and the advantage to the 240's race was traction. The race would be different if it was at the track. "Supposedly" its a 5.30 car. We are all boys here. Not expecting to beat the 240 anyways but I'm not backing down from the global callout.

That just go to show that guy with the mustang thought he had something because he put up a # at the track. lol!

I guess he thought since he had the same size or bigger tire that he could win? Diego you have to build something else to race the 240 the evo isn't going to cut it. I also don't think the mustang at the track would win. But we will never know because Tirso doesn't race at the track. By the way this Manny.
