I'm not changing my tune to 93 because your car is tuned on 93. I will race you ALL OUT. NO EXCUSES. STEP UP YOUR GAME. To clear things up for you and your cheerleaders:
I WILL RACE YOU WHENEVER YOU WANT. IF YOU WANT TO RUN 93 THAT IS YOUR CHOICE. MY CAR WILL ALWAYS RUN ON C16 CAUSE I BUILT IT FOR THAT. I HOPE THIS IS A CLEAR MESSAGE TO YOU AND YOUR FAN CLUB!!!! RACE ME ALL OUT!!!! I WILL NOT LOWER THE POWER LEVEL ON MY CAR TO RACE YOU. I CAN HOOK WITH MY HORSEPOWER, YOU PROBABLY DONT WANT TO GO UP IN POWER CAUSE YOUR DOESNT HOOK. LET ME KNOW IF YOU NEED HELP WITH THAT.

Nelson we have known each other for a few years why can't you address me by my name rather than Miamispd. Come on now, be nice. I don't care what power you are making or what you ran at the track. It was you that called me and told me the morning after you went to the track to tell me how the car ran. I asked you what it ran and you refused to tell me. I was cool with it. Now to the matter at hand. You now change your mind and don't want to race me on pump gas as you agreed last night. What made you change your mind. Perhaps you reflected on it further and arrived at the conclusion that you would be beat. I will save your voice mail messages to play them back to you when I see you next. I must admit your are very good at getting yourself out of races. BTW, please do not remind me of my age, I am getting to old for this. |
JORGE, I WILL RACE YOU WHENEVER YOU WANT. I AM NOT ASKING YOU WHAT IS IN YOUR CAR, DONT ASK ME WHAT'S IN MINE. I AM NOT BACKING OUT OF ANY RACE...DO I MAKE MYSELF CLEAR? I DONT GO OVER TO YOUR HOUSE TO SEE WHAT IS DONE TO YOUR CAR, BUT YOU AND YOUR SIDEKICK HAVE BEEN TO MY HOUSE TO SEE WHAT I GOT. I AM READY TO RACE YOU WHENEVER YOU WANT. IS THIS MESSAGE CLEAR? I WILL REPEAT MYSELF, I AM READY TO RACE YOU JORGE WHENEVER YOUR CAR IS READY PERIOD. DONT TRY FINDING EXCUSES ABOUT GAS TO BACK OUT OF THE RACE. READY FOR YOU! |
Nelson, Nelson ,Nelson what in the world is up with you. Why all the CAPS? Are you mad? Just chill bro. I called you at 3:38 pm this afternoon to speak with you and I left you a message with Peanut. Just wanted to talk to you to find out why you changed your mind. I went by your house when you invited me to come by and see your car. That is all. I did not sneak in or go with some tickery. You invited me and so I went. I never asked you what you had done to your car. Don't give yourself soo much credit. Your car should be quick. I never knocked your ride. My offer still stands. If and when (if that day ever comes)you change your mind call me. I will always enjoy a friendly race against you. You will not find any excuses here. As you know I have been trying to race that car of yours for a couple of years or longer and I have had no luck. The ball is in your court partner. Let me know when you want to do this. |

| Jorge, will there be any excuses to run my little 4 banger from a 40 roll now that I definitely know you wont race Nelson? Its only 122 c.i......Should I bring down the boost a few lbs and put 93 octane to make it "fair"? I know for sure you are making easily 200-300 hp more... |

I seriously doubt he'll hook from a 40mph, but it will definetley be a good race to see... And I can assure you that it will be alot of bench racing going on after the outcome of you and Jorge's race... If I were Jorge, I would race the yellow Viper first and then race the red EVO!... |

Diego, where are you going with this? Why don't you spend your efforts on trying to set up a race with Nelson or some other track car. I saw your car run Eddies Viper and it was impressive. I understand that your car traps around 153mph without the spray. That is some serious mph. Can't take anything away from your car. It is incredible how strong some Evos run. However, I take no pride in beating a " little 4 banger". I am expected to win that race every time.
Should I bring down the boost a few lbs and put 93 octane to make it "fair"?
What's up with this comment? Sounds a little sarcastic. You are a cool guy and there is no need for those types of comments.
It is interesting to note that according to you it is I that won't race Nelson rather than Nelson won't race me. |
Jorge, it is you setting rules to the race with Nelson not the other way around. You have set guidelines...Must be 60-65 roll, 93 octane, etc, etc...I dont race anyone and tell them what they need to do to their car if they want to run me. I have never heard of these excuses and seems to be an easy way out of a race. He has not put a single condition to race you but you have put a few. Nothing personal with you or Vipers, I used own one myself. Just race the guy. He clearly stated it in an early post that he is ready for you, run what you got all out and he'll run all out. The 93 Octane thing is B.S. |

Jorge, this quote is really not making any sense to me, because as of now, the way Nelson speaks, it seems like this never came out of his mouth?... |

| YOU RUN WHAT YOU BRUNG! NO ASKING FOR PUMP GAS! NO TURNING DOWN BOOST OR NOT USING NITROUS! wether c16, 500shot, 25shot, 4psi or 40psi. if you've been waiting for years, honestly I'd expect the car to be ready for ANY RACE they ask for. wether its C16,Q16,E85 or 87 octane. | Ricer Killer wrote: | Street cars run on 93, race cars run on C-16. Ricers run on E-85 because they can't make any power on 93, and it is cheap. It is a known fact that big cubes can make a ton of power on 93 octane. Who can afford ro run a street car on 15$/gal fuel?. Unless it is a dedicated race car,or it doesn't make any power on pump gas, it does not make any sense.
|
thats the most ignorant statement I've ever read almost E85 is for ricers? so running 8s and 9s is ricey as hell I used to never want to run E85, i thought it was a cheater way out. Honestly when looking at $80 for just 5gallons of C16 or Q16. pft with the power and safety of E85. if you not full of cash E85 is deffinitly a GREAT and smart option.
plus the guy owns a damn viper I'm sure money is not the issue |

Steve, Nelson's decision to back out is typical of what he has done in the past. I saved his messages on my cell. No need to spend anymore time trying to convince anyone of what he agreed to. I suspect that his cheerleaders (no names)convinced him not to race. Eventhough, I don't think it took much proding on their part.
I am done with this thread. It is going nowhere fast. BTW, I will let you hear the message yourself when I see you at the hangout (soon,I hope). |
