AMS Performance testing out some new goodies on the OMEGA GTR!

Quote from AMS " On nearly every pass we were lifting the front tires and we pulled a best 60 foot time of 1.36 seconds! ....OMEGA has traction now :-) "

Here is a teaser pic from the test runs...

I guess Awd is useless at this point. now they need to convert it to Rwd and go even faster.

It still comes in handy when they get back to the ground. Their finding new limits and DSS is re designing some of their parts as well as Dodson and Shep since the PROMAX clutches arent holding at the 1600 mark and they said they still have about 100 left on the table. It does look pretty crazy to this type of car doing a wheelie. I wonder how much it weighs?

if they're successful in putting that much power down to the rear tires , which they've obviously done, then powering the front tires is just a parasitic lose and a waste of energy.

To my understanding gtr`s are 99% rwd when in power??? If so then it wouldn't be too hard to pop a wheelie when your making 1000+++++++hp..nonetheless those gtr are a beast however you look at them. .
