the 08 z51 weighs in at 3217 only 156 pounds lighter, add in the weight of the complete supercharger system roughly 100pds and add in another passenger in the Vette and then add in how much Joel weighs and your looking at a car that weighs 3717 pds, while the GTR with everything it has including driver (no passenger)might weigh in at 3600, it safe to assume that with the right powerband it wouldn't take more power to beat Joel's Vette just because of the added weight (end benchracing)
this is if they are running no extra weight besides what I mentioned |
Hmm someone that knows how to use the internet.. i like your style.. The car weighed in at 3440 on a 1/4 tank of gas. i was just over 3/4 that night. i'm 212. and had prob about 20lbs of shit in the car.. so i would still weigh just a slight amount less. And as for tires i'm on 19's. |

yeah it was a rough estimate, the entire point was that even though the weight of a car listed in a magazine might be more then another car, doesn't mean when you come out and race it will still be that way. in this case the added weight of the supercharger system (100pds), extra passenger(150-170), Joel (220-250), made the car significantly heavier. if your running a taller diameter tire your mph in each gear will even more higher. I'd say your car is making similar power to Joels car. |

I'm waiting on my AEM to come in.. the tune is the least of my worries.. Traction is my problem.. Rims are ordered and tires will be when rims are on their way. Then i will be ready for a dig. right now i have no traction. The first run i did against the evo that night i almost took him out on a 55 roll.. the car blew all 4 off |
