do u think u would make more power if u got a tune specified for your car? exhaust and spray will be nice.

I might pull out at most 10-15whp with a custom tune but its 300 dollars to tune the car so I waiting to get more mods....right now with the current tune my car is running rich I think the AFR is at 10 or 9.5 I can lean it out a bit more and make a tad more power. I would say with a full exhaust and ported blower I should get very close to 600whp on stock eaton and then on like 100shot over 700whp....oh but I forgot about traction Sad

Dont we all... If your having a hard time getting traction now with 510hp, you can forget about 700hp.... affraid

oh but you forget nitrous makes more torque then power so if im making 700whp im probably going to go past 800wtrq

IT depends on what rpm u spray.

Lower rpms make more TQ because more nitrous is accutally getting filled into the cylinder.

E-mail did his tune, and Nory the issue is not that Felix doesnt have the $300 or him trying to be cheap, Its just that he is planning to do more mods in the near future and it will only make sense to do one good dyno tune at the end vs him spending $300 each and every mod... WithStupid

An e-mail tune is a common tune that would work for all GT500 with pulley and intake mods...

the e-mail tunes are satisfactory for the few mods my car has and I bought it all as a package sorta deal.....they even have e-mail tunes for upper+lower pulley, full exhaust, monoBlade Throttle body, intake GT500s and if I wanted to I could order a e-mail nitrous tune for my car....I think at that point though I would really want everything perfect on the car so I would go custom tune...but SilverBeast pretty much summed it up...everytime I do one simple mod to my car I would require a tune(very costly over time) so I figure get all the boltons in my garage and throw them on at one time and custom tune it.....the next mod is going to be springs + powdercoat the wheels and black out the back taillights..should look mean

I'm familiar with these cars. Not as good as GM, but very familiar. I know Eric Brooks personally.

For safety's sake, throw in a wide band and double check the AFR on the street. Its a whole other animal then, not to mention you never know how 'fresh' that dyno's wideband was.

The Ford EFI system is really, 'complicated' in good and bad ways. Mostly to deter people from modding. Damn regular stangs throw DTCs just by changing the intake, even though the maf housing is the same diameter.

Just make sure you data log the car and send them to Justin for review and revisions. 4th gear pulls are the best.

Also, Kudos on the car, because its the driver that makes the car, not the dyno HP.
