It was making about 450whp on E85, it'll make a bit more on race gas but we never pushed it because it was a bone stock GSR bottom end. I just popped that motor after 8k miles of abuse and am putting a sleeved 2 liter block in it right now.

I have no problem going from a dig or 20 against another FWD car. Actually i'll give anyone their race if i get mine. Why no 5th?

how many 10sec + FWD hashitashis actually do 60 or lower rolls?

answer NONE.

I raced a 500+awhp evo from a 20 (i got raped it was damp out, we both spun) and a 60 in my Integra (he didnt wanna do a 40) and that was before i even had my car setup like it is now. I've never run 10's but it's a 130mph car. I always ask for a 20 or 40 first, 60 is the absolute highest and even then i wanna go to 160 at least. If you spin bad past a 40 then your car isn't setup properly. Obviously im not gonna waste anyones time doing a dig with a big power RWD/AWD car on drag radials, it's just senseless for both sides.

whats so lame about 140, if my car is in front at 140, trust me not alot of ppl will catch up after that..and if urs is faster then u should pull by then, i dont see the need of topin out ur car everytime u run..what is this nascar?? scratch

your not topping out the car by doing 160..pop a LS or gsr tranny in and get better gearing..and Nascar is alot higher than 160... try 40-140 that would be alot better of a race IMO

damn, i cant believe what im reading..when i first started going over to mia and on ehre 60-140 and races like that were the only thing peopole did...i could get a low roll if my life depended on it when i was over there...people are so hypocritical...i guarntee if the civic is ahead by 140 you WILL NOT cath him...run him or shut the fuck up...

I8URRICE: Next time you're over here lemme know, i can find you a low roll. We're not in MIA btw.

XtremeEG: What if the cars are close? Obviously if someone gets yanked you're not gonna go to 180mph but if you're close and the race is only 5 seconds long, there's not enough time to get any separation. I've always thought you race till there's a winner, not shut down at a certain mph.

Well in that case, if we were next to eachother, then maybe we'll keep goin, but 80mph...is enough for separation...i think. Suspect

Agreed. If you cant live by the 100mph courtesy IMO you should just dig your car Very Happy

well i guess its a matter of opinion and knowing ur car, but i run cars overhere that would probably go 180 if they wanted to and they have no problem stoppin at 140, but i guess thats up here and in miami u need to have a z06 or a supra to be competitive, and get some runs....plus if anything happened i dont think my car would stop too well after 160... scratch
